Our guest tonight was Stewart and his parents. Stewart was this year's Rotary Science Fair's best of fair winner for his project on "milk plastic". Due to the environmental concerns we have with plastics, Stewart's hypothesis was to demonstrate the ability to create a replacement for a lot of its uses including tensile strength and be biodegradable. His presentation showed both the positive aspects of his research as well as the drawbacks. A great presentation by a well spoken young adult.
