RING Update

Tonight we had an update from member Bob Johnston who is actively involved with Refugees In North Grenville (RING). Bob let us know about some of the logistical challenges they faced with the arrival of the community's family on short notice. He also went through some of the hurdles they have had since the family arrived as well as a lot of the background struggles they had with the applications and bureaucratic process in sponsoring. A very informative presentation.
