KDH Update

Tonight's speaker was the CEO of Kemptville District Hospital, Mr. Frank Vassallo. During his presentation, Frank took members through updates to the hospital and things it has achieved.

 

 

Frank also went through the hospital's new brand - The Patient Experience Starts Here - which is a reminder to each staff member that they are the face of the hospital and are how people will remember their experience with the hospital.
